Scope of Services
The Client will employ Seabreeze Cleaning Services to handle all of The Clients general cleaning needs. This will include (but not limited to):
Other General Cleaning Activities both inside and outside
Terms of the Agreement
Either party has the right to cancel by giving notice. If The Client holds a contract with us and wishes to cancel the service prior to the completion of the agreed term of the contract, a fee of the remaining term will be payable on demand.
Seabreeze Cleaning Services will supply a suitable, trained member of staff to clean the required areas. Although all employees of Seabreeze Cleaning Services are DBS checked and have the right to work in the UK, Seabreeze Cleaning Services advises The Client to lock away any valuable or sensitive material. Seabreeze Cleaning Services takes no responsibility for any missing documents or items.
If The Client becomes unhappy with any member of staff employed by Seabreeze Cleaning Services, or the quality of work done, they should contact Seabreeze Cleaning immediately to resolve the issue.
Consumable cleaning items are available to be supplied to The Client at an additional cost. These include, but are not limited to, items like:
Consumable products will be provided to The Client upon request. Please give 7 days’ notice for any intended changes in consumables use.
If The Client finds they have problems paying the invoice as agreed, The Client should contact Seabreeze cleaning to discuss the situation.
Should the invoice not be paid within the agreed terms, Seabreeze Cleaning Services retains the right to charge statutory interest of 8% over Bank of England Base Rate for every day the invoice is over the agreed terms, as well as reasonable costs to recover the debt as set out by Late Payment Legislation. Seabreeze Cleaning Services also reserves the right to amend the agreed payment terms of The Client by giving notice in writing, if satisfactory payment schedules are not maintained.
Seabreeze Cleaning Services may consider legal action to recover any outstanding payments, including interest and charges, if they deem it necessary.
